Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are important.
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and apps is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.

Responsabilités

• Shadow sales and operations roles to understand the full equipment-rental lifecycle.
• Participate in a digital onboarding class and outbound sales campaigns.
• Lead high-level sales conversations including price negotiations and multi-piece rentals.
• Engage in local team initiatives and track progress through performance metrics.
• Receive coaching and ride-alongs to local jobsites to develop sales strategies.
