Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Begin training by shadowing sales and operational roles.
• Join digital onboarding to sharpen sales techniques.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns across various customer segments.
• Master sales tools including CRM and customer portal.
• Lead high-level sales conversations involving negotiations.
• Participate in local team initiatives and workshops.
• Track sales progress with performance metrics.
• Receive daily feedback and develop sales strategies.
• Complete the Sales Development Program before promotion.
