Job summary

Coram AI is hiring a Sales Development Associate to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is designed for ambitious early-career professionals seeking a career in AI, SaaS, and B2B sales.

You will work closely with experienced AEs on live deals, build pipeline through outbound prospecting, and develop your sales skills toward a full-cycle AE role within 6 months. You’ll learn to prospect, qualify, and sell Coram AI’s security platform across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or relevant working experience.
• College athletes or competitive backgrounds welcome but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on winning the right way.
• Willingness to out‑prepare and out‑work your competition.
• intrinsically-driven with initiative by default.
• Coachable and curious mindset; take feedback and apply it.
• Resilient in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to work in an onsite environment 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline through targeted, strategic prospecting.
• Partner with senior AEs on live deals, from discovery to close.
• Deliver product demos to prospects and partners.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into business value for Coram.
• Master Coram’s platform and learn how to sell value.
• Consistently outperform assigned goals and earn promotion to a full-cycle Account Executive title
• Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues and translate them into opportunities.
