Coram AI in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join our fast-moving sales team. This entry-level role is designed for ambitious professionals looking to build a career in AI, SaaS, and B2B sales, with hands-on exposure to live deals and outbound prospecting.

You will learn to qualify opportunities, run product demos, and collaborate with senior AEs. Our program blends SDR/BDR and AE pathways, with a promotion to full-cycle AE within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or relevant working experience.
• Athletes and others with competitive backgrounds are encouraged but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on winning the right way.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline through targeted, strategic prospecting.
• Partner with senior AEs on live deals, from discovery to close.
• Participate in and help deliver product demos to prospects and partners.
• Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to communicate how Coram can solve them.
• Master Coram’s platform and learn how to sell value.
• Outperform assigned goals and earn promotion to full-cycle Account Executive.
• Translate customer issues into business opportunities in complex environments.
