Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to learn all products, sell homes, and secure contracts.

This role entails following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products to clients, and analyzing area competition. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing and 1–2 years of sales experience, with exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree recommended, preferably BA in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years business experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service with exceptional communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

College degree, preferably a B.A. in business, marketing, or related curriculum recommended. 1 – 2 years business experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
