Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in the United States.

You will learn all products, sell homes, and secure contracts while following up with prospective customers and maintaining the sales database. The role requires a proven track record of two years of sales experience (new home sales preferred), exceptional communication skills for both individual and group settings, and a valid driver's license.

The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid Real Estate License is required.
