Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking Sales Consultants who will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. The role requires strong customer service, exceptional communication, and willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

A valid driver's license is required, and benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) plan. No prior new homes sales experience is required, but a proven two-year sales track record is highly preferred.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
