Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant in Florida to learn all products, sell homes, and secure contracts. The role requires strong customer service, superior communication, and willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

You'll follow up with prospects, maintain the sales database, present products, and shop competitors in the market as part of a high-activity sales team and a well-known homebuilder with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of two years of successful sales experience.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Real Estate License is required.
