K. Hovnanian Homes in Florida is seeking a Sales Consultant to learn our products, sell homes and secure contracts.

It’s a tough job, but it offers a clear path to a six-figure income for the right person who is coachable and ready to work weekends and some holidays.

A valid Florida Real Estate License is required, along with a valid driver’s license, and you will follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.

Qualifications

• No prior new-home sales experience required.
• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; Florida Real Estate License required.

Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Florida Real Estate License is required.
