K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC offers a role as a Sales Consultant in Florida where you will learn products, sell homes and secure contracts. You will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, and present products while competing with area rivals.

The position requires strong customer service and excellent communication skills for both individual and group settings. No prior new homes sales experience is required, though a two-year sales track record is highly preferred.

• Must provide the highest level of customer service with exceptional communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust.
