K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking Sales Consultants to learn our products, sell homes and secure contracts. You will follow a proven sales process and work weekends and some holidays while helping customers navigate the home-buying journey.

No prior new homes sales experience is required, but a two-year sales track record and exceptional communication are highly valued. A valid driver's license and Real Estate License are required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid Real Estate License is required.
