K. Hovnanian® Homes in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Sales Consultant to play a major role in our home-building team. You will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts while following a proven sales process designed to drive a six-figure income.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a sales-oriented environment, exceptional communication skills, and a college degree (BA preferred). A valid driver's license is required, and weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years business experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in one-on-one and group settings; driver’s license required.

College degree, preferably a B.A. in business, marketing, or related curriculum recommended. 1 – 2 years business experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
