Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes in Florida is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to play a major role in guiding home buyers through the process, from initial contact to contract. You will learn our product lines, follow a proven sales process, and work weekends/holidays.

A valid driver's license and a Real Estate license are required; new home sales experience is preferred. You will maintain the sales database, present products, follow competitors, and help families build their dream homes while benefiting

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are a must for one-on-one and group settings.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Real Estate License is required.
