K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant in Ocala, FL. You will learn all homebuilding products, sell homes and secure contracts, and support customers throughout the purchasing process.

The role requires following up with prospects, maintaining the sales database, presenting products, and analyzing local competition. Weekend and some holidays work is expected; a Florida real estate license is required.

Formación

• No prior new home sales experience required.
• Two years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service with exceptional communication in one-to-one and in front of large groups.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Florida Real Estate License is required.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid Florida Real Estate License is required.
