Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is hiring a Sales Consultant in Florida to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. The role requires weekends and some holidays, and candidates must follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.

No prior new homes sales experience is required, but a two‑year sales track record is preferred. A valid Florida Real Estate License and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups, is a must.
• Valid driver's license is required.
