K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to join our Ohio home-building team. Learn all products, sell homes, and secure contracts while working weekends and some holidays.

A proven track record in sales and stellar customer service are highly valued as you guide buyers through the home purchase process. No new homes sales experience is required, but a valid driver’s license and the ability to follow a proven sales process are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of groups.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers,maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
