Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our Cleveland team. You will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts while delivering exceptional customer service. Weekend and some holidays work are required, and a valid driver's license is a must as you engage with buyers in the local market.

No prior new homes sales experience is required, though a proven track record of two years in sales is highly preferred. We offer strong support and extensive benefits.

It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
