Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking a Sales Consultant in Phoenix to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts, and follow up with prospective customers. You will maintain the sales database, present products, and compare with area competition.

A valid Real Estate License and driver’s license are required, and the role may involve weekends and some holidays. No new homes sales experience is required, but a proven two-year sales track record is highly preferred.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license. A valid Real Estate License is required.
