Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts, with a focus on exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

The role requires weekend and some holiday work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income. Training will be provided and you’ll join a well-respected company with strong benefits.

• Two years of successful sales experience preferred.
• No new homes sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers,maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
