Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a national homebuilder, is seeking a Sales Consultant to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. The role requires dedication, teamwork and a willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

No prior new homes sales experience is required, but a proven track record of two years in sales is highly preferred. You must provide exceptional customer service and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• No new homes sales experience required.
• A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups, is a must.
