Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates with a scalable, data-driven sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive growth of new revenue and expansion of existing revenue, while hands-on closing deals and building a repeatable sales process.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, conduct regular progress reviews, and forecast sales with leadership. This role is fully distributed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models and subscription revenue.
• Proven success in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to communicate technical product features and benefits effectively.
• Data-driven decisions using CRM and analytics to optimize sales processes.
• Strong contract negotiation skills with a win-win approach.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Use a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance to leadership with insights.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations and closings.
• Collaborate with marketing/product to build lead-gen engine.
• Ensure discipline and accountability to metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate sales infrastructure for growth.
