Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operate with a data-driven, scalable sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive growth of new revenue and expand existing revenue while nurturing deals and implementing a repeatable sales process.

Leadership will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, participate in calls and negotiations, and forecast sales with leadership. The role rewards performance in a fully distributed company.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and subscription-based revenue.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and closing deals.
• Technical acumen to communicate product features and benefits.
• Data-driven decision making using CRM and sales analytics.
• Strong negotiation skills with a win-win approach.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop a strong lead-gen engine.
• Maintain disciplined metrics and processes.
