Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, mentor sales team members and drive performance.
• Lead regular meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Directly participate in calls, negotiations and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to optimize lead generation.
