Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operate with a data-driven sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive growth of new revenue and expansion of existing revenue, while hands-on closing deals and scaling a repeatable process.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, forecast performance, and collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership. This fully distributed company operates nationwide in the United States, with state-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS B2B sales track record with revenue growth.
• Experience building and leading a high-performing sales team.
• Ability to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accurately.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-facing customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments and expand revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members for high performance.
• Forecast sales and report performance to leadership with insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and leadership on lead-gen.
• Directly participate in calls, negotiations, and closing deals.
