Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates, building a scalable sales engine for predictable revenue. The Sales Manager will drive new bookings and expand existing revenue while hands-on in closing deals and shaping a repeatable sales process.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Formación

• Experience selling SaaS to B2B customers.
• Ability to forecast sales and manage pipeline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
