Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow and expand our SaaS client base in the Cleveland area. This role requires building your own pipeline through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting to meet a sales quota, with more than 50% of work outside the home office.

You will identify local business owners, manage a book of business, and partner with marketing and technology teams to drive strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct sales experience (preferably in SaaS).
• 2+ years outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge of the Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, local to posting area.
