Job summary

Thryv is seeking a driven Outside Software Account Representative to grow local SaaS clients, build a self-generated pipeline, and manage a book of business. The role prioritizes prospecting, high activity outside the home office, and meeting a predetermined quota in a remote-first environment.

You will engage local business owners, understand Thryv’s product suite, and collaborate with marketing to execute sales strategies, while supporting clients through the buyer’s journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS or similar.
• 2+ years in outbound sales with full sales cycle.
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong EQ.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build your own sales pipeline via self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Spend >50% of time working outside of your home office to meet quotas.
• Execute defined sales processes and product certifications and orders.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to implement sales strategy.
