Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS footprint in the local business market. You’ll build your own pipeline from scratch, prospect and qualify new opportunities, and expand the book of business with existing Thryv clients.

This role requires extensive field work outside the home office (50%+), a remote-first mindset, and the ability to commute within one hour of your city.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years in outbound sales with full sales cycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within 1 hour of the job posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline to meet quotas.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the territory.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech to execute sales strategy.
• Complete product demos and training as needed.
