Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow local SaaS client accounts. You will build a personal pipeline through self-generated and company-led prospecting, managing both new logos and existing clients while spending more than half your time outside your home office.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business in the local market, leveraging Thryv’s platform to help small businesses win.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (preferably SaaS).
• 2+ years’ outbound sales (full cycle) experience.
• Industry knowledge with ability to learn Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong EI and adaptability.
• Strong time & organization skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation; local to posting city within 1-hour.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS client base in the local market.
• Build own pipeline from self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Manage book of business including existing Thryv clients for expansion.
• Prospect and qualify new opportunities, >50% work outside home office.
• Educate prospects on how Thryv can grow their business.
