Job summary

Thryv is hiring an Outside Software Account Representative to deepen relationships with existing clients and to acquire new SaaS clients. This role involves significant travel and field engagement while supporting a remote work setup. The position targets growing software usage and achieving sales quotas.

You will prospect, present opportunities, and close deals across an assigned book of business while collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive growth in Thryv’s SaaS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned clients and present opportunities for additional sales and extended usage.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated prospecting and company programs.
• Execute defined sales processes and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline to meet quarterly sales quotas.
• Partner with marketing and technology to implement sales strategies.
