Job summary

Thryv, a leading SaaS platform for small to mid-sized businesses, is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative. This role focuses on expanding from existing clients and recruiting new SaaS clients, with over 50% of work performed outside a home office.

You will engage clients, present opportunities, and drive growth across the SaaS product suite. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage a remote, multi-client workflow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Strong time management with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong technical skills and adaptability with new tools.
• Outside Software Account Representative conducts >50% of work outside home.

Responsibilities

• Expand penetration with existing clients and grow SaaS client base.
• Contact clients and present add-on opportunities.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients via self-generation and company programs.
• Execute defined sales processes, cadences, demos, and orders.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and calibrations.
