Job summary

ADP Work Market is expanding its sales team to close SaaS deals with Line of Business executives across SMB and Enterprise segments. You will drive revenue by managing a strategic territory, developing a robust pipeline, and negotiating contracts that enable a blended workforce solution.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to deliver value, exceed quotas, and advance ADP’s leadership in the Freelance Management space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience selling SaaS
• Proven track record closing enterprise deals
• Able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools
• Direct field experience with enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly quotas
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and monthly forecast
• Develop and manage territory plans
• Source prospects and drive new business with internal tools
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams
