Work Market, an ADP Company, is expanding its sales team to drive cross-industry engagements with Line of Business Executives and CHRO/COO stakeholders. The role emphasizes building a blended workforce solution, managing pricing, and developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in enterprise sales.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience selling SaaS
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Direct field experience with enterprise accounts
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs

Responsabilidades

• Consistently meet or exceed your quota
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly forecast goals
• Build and manage a territory plan
• Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools to drive new business
• Handle pricing and contract negotiations
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams
