Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting SaaS products and digital platforms. This remote role (EST preferred) emphasizes governance, delivery plans, and driving business outcomes through active stakeholder management.

You will build project plans, manage risks, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement of PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Lead planning and delivery of medium-to-large cross-functional projects.
• Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture and Operations.
• Proven ability to establish governance structures and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of medium-to-large cross-functional projects supporting SaaS products and digital platforms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Operations teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, governance structures, and success metrics.
• Define processes, communication plans, project governance, and stakeholder alignment in ambiguous situations.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and decision-making discussions.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and priorities.
• Support Agile delivery practices, including planning, dependency management, release coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with defined timelines and business objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM methodologies and tools.
