Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team delivering enterprise SaaS implementations across our evolving solution portfolio. You will coach a five to six person team, drive delivery excellence, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You’ll collaborate across functions to navigate risks and changing customer needs, while supporting strategic, multi-product initiatives and AI-enabled improvements to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services.
• 2+ years of experience managing delivery teams.
• Strong project management fundamentals with multiple priorities.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop onboarding and implementation professionals responsible for enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback.
• Oversee active implementations, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain progress.
• Manage project plans, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and customer communication.
• Coordinate across regions and teams for strategic, multi-product implementations.
• Support customer escalations and navigate scope, priorities, and risks.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Commercial, Support, and Technical Operations to ensure a coordinated experience.
• Help strengthen delivery methodologies, processes, and documentation.
• Encourage AI adoption to improve planning, communications, and workflows.
