Job summary

UKG is looking for a driven sales professional in Oregon to consistently exceed quotas and present HCM/WFM solutions to final decision makers. You will identify opportunities and develop tailored proposals based on customers' needs, while maintaining knowledge of product capabilities.

The role offers a base salary of $100,000 annually with a performance-based incentive plan, potential commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS Industry
• Must have 1-3 years of proven success in a selling role

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
• Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM/WFM products and services based on their technical needs
