Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive HCM/WFM solutions within a defined territory in the United States. You will present products to decision makers, pursue new opportunities, and craft tailored proposals to meet clients’ technical needs.

Candidate should have 1–3 years of proven selling success in SaaS, with a strong understanding of HCM/WFM. Base salary is competitive, with an incentive-based plan and potential for accelerated earnings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience.
• Preferred: experience selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users.
• Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals based on customers’ technical needs.
