Job summary

UKG is seeking a sales professional to drive adoption of HCM/WFM SaaS solutions within a defined US territory. You will present our platform and services to final decision makers, demonstrate value, and close deals.

The role emphasizes knowledge of the SaaS workforce management space, a track record of meeting quotas, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Base salary is highly incentivized.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
• 1–3 years of proven success in a selling role.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Maintain knowledge of products and capabilities and incorporate technical advances in presentations.
• Present HCM/WFM products to final decision makers and end users in the assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals based on technical needs.
