StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee client services across the Eastern US.

You will manage a 50+ team of account leads and managers, drive revenue growth, and shape our service motion to unlock client growth while maintaining high client satisfaction. This remote-first role can be based in Eastern Time Zone states, with a preference for major media markets; compensation reflects base salary with potential bonuses and equity.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams (50+).
• Experience in a quota-carrying role with revenue targets.
• Strong client experience and performance fundamentals.
• Background in advertising or martech.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 50+ account leads and account managers to drive revenue through exceptional client experiences.
• Define, refine, and expand the service motion, aligning resources to unlock growth.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption, and tackle opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to support company goals and client success.
• Build a high-standards, high-accountability culture and exceed revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Nurture ongoing high-performance within the Global Client Services team.
