StackAdapt Inc. is a remote-first company specializing in programmatic advertising. We seek a results-driven RVP of Client Services to lead a large team and drive revenue growth across the Eastern US, reporting to the Head of Americas Client Services.

This role offers a base salary with potential bonuses and equity, and a high-performance culture. Based in Eastern Time Zone states, preferably in a major media market, you will shape our service motion and partner strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and driving revenue growth.
• Strong focus on delivering world-class client experiences and performance.
• Deep advertising and martech knowledge and industry context.
• Strong data acumen, with spreadsheet and systems literacy.
• Advocate of a high-performance culture with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen StackAdapt partnerships.
• Lead 50+ account leads and managers to drive revenue through great experiences.
• Define and expand service motion, aligning resources to accelerate growth.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption, creating improvement programs.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.
• Maintain high standards and exceed revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance, supportive culture across the Global Client Services team.
