You will manage 50+ account leads and managers, shape service motions, and align cross-functional resources to maximize growth, satisfaction, and product adoption. A strong performance culture is essential.

• Experience in a quota-carrying role, hitting and exceeding revenue targets as a people leader.
• Intense focus on delivering world class client experience that is founded on performance.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a thought leader externally and through your teams, to inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Leading a team of 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue through exceptional experiences.
• Defining, refining, and expanding our service motion, aligning resources to help clients unlock growth and improve operational rigor.
• Obsessing over client satisfaction and product adoption to uncover opportunities for growth and drive programs.
• Building a system of high standards and accountability to achieve a shared revenue target.
