StackAdapt is a remote-first technology company empowering marketers with an AI-powered platform for precision advertising across channels. The RVP of Client Services leads account management for the Eastern US, scaling and retaining partnerships with agencies and brands, and driving growth, service excellence, and insights delivery.

The role reports to the Head of Americas Client Services and can be based in Eastern Time Zone states, preferably in a major media market.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.
Experience in quota-carrying roles with revenue targets as a people leader.
Strong focus on delivering world class client experience with functional expertise.

Responsibilities

Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
Lead 50+ account leads and managers to drive revenue through exceptional client experiences.
Define and expand service motion, align resources to unlock client growth and improve rigor.
Drive client satisfaction and product adoption to uncover growth opportunities and programs.
Improve cross-functional collaboration to support company goals and client success.
Build a culture of high standards and accountability, meet revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
Maintain a high-performance and supportive culture across the Global Client Services team.
