Qualifications

• Experience leading large organizations with managers reporting to you.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles with revenue targets.
• Strong focus on delivering world-class client experience with performance.
• Deep knowledge of advertising and martech and industry landscape.
• Strong data acumen and hands-on in spreadsheets and systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as thought leader to inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deeper partnerships.
• Lead a team of 50+ account leads and account managers to drive revenue through great experiences.
• Define and expand service motion, align resources to unlock client growth.
• Drive programs addressing client satisfaction, product adoption, and opportunities for growth.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals and client success.
• Build high standards and accountability to achieve revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of high performance and high support across the team.
