StackAdapt is seeking a results-driven RVP of Client Services to lead a 50+ person account management team across the Eastern US. You’ll partner with agencies and brands to expand partnerships, drive revenue, and raise the bar on service excellence and media performance.

This remote-first role reports to the Head of Americas Client Services and offers a competitive base salary, potential bonuses, and a benefits package including health coverage, 401K, PTO, and work-from-home reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading large teams with direct reports.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and revenue growth.
• Deep knowledge of advertising and martech landscape.
• Strong data-driven decision-making with hands-on analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue and exceptional client experiences.
• Define and refine service motion to unlock client growth and improve operational rigor.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to hit company goals and client success metrics.
• Maintain high standards and accountability, exceeding shared revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance, supportive culture across the Global Client Services team.
