StackAdapt is seeking an RVP of Client Services for the Eastern US to lead account management and revenue growth across agencies and brands. The role is remote-first and can be based in Eastern Time Zone states, preferably in a major media market.

You’ll manage 50+ account leads and managers, shape service motion, and drive client satisfaction, product adoption, and strategic partnerships while reporting to the Head of Americas Client Services.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles, hitting revenue targets as a leader.
• Deliver world-class client experience through functional expertise and performance.
• Proven track record in advertising and martech with industry knowledge.
• Strong data skills and hands-on use of spreadsheets and systems for decisions.
• Ambassador for a high-performance culture with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue through exceptional client experiences.
• Define and expand our service motion, align resources to unlock growth and improve operations.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption, identify growth opportunities, implement programs.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals and client success.
• Build a high-standard, accountable system to meet and exceed revenue targets.
