Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

Key duties include determining specialized product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, providing price estimates for installations before scheduling, and keeping customers updated on progress.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Mansioni
