Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Do includes determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, providing price estimates for installations, and maintaining clear updates on work progress for customers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Prolonged periods of standing and lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
