Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

The role focuses on direct customer interaction, accurate price estimates for installations, and collaboration with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Prior RV experience and strong organization are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or RV lifestyle preferred.
• Proficient computer and internet search skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
