Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress. You’ll determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, provide price estimates before scheduling, and maintain strong organization to ensure department procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsabilités
