Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to initiate and process repair-service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department. You will keep customers informed on work progress and identify product needs during customer interactions.

The role includes suggesting add-ons, providing price estimates for installations, and contributing to a team focused on RV services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions; provide price estimates for installations.
